Our “Guild” has grown to become one of the biggest and most influential photography organizations on the East Coast. Over the years we have had the biggest name speakers in the world and this year is no exception. We have members come from as far away as Connecticut, Ohio, Maryland, Delaware, New York, and of course Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

This year we have eight monthly meetings  (up to five full day and three evening programs), plus three print competitions.  Yes, all that for the amazing cost of only $200 for individual active membership or $300 for a firm membership (including up to three employees).  Spouses attend at no cost. Payment plans are available. No other organization can offer such high quality speakers at membership dues this low! If you were to see these big named speakers individually it would cost over four times that amount. 

Our meetings are a blend of Portrait, Lighting, Wedding, Photoshop, Business and Print Competitions.  For fun, we have a Phillies game and tailgate party in the summer.  Last year 60 people attended and I am sure this year will be bigger and better!

This Year's Scheduled Programs Include:

February 11, Monday 9AM – 5PM  “Romantic Portraiture”

Dennis Hammon, M. Photog., Cr., CPP, F-ASP

Dennis is one of the most award-winning photographers in the country. He will show us his amazing Romantic Portraiture using live models: our own Serena and Dave.

March 18, Monday 9AM – 5PM  “Psychology of Artistic Portraiture”

Carl Caylor, M. Photog., Cr., CPP

Carl is one of the best lighting and posing speakers around today. He will bring his energetic style to Philadelphia for the first time.  Carl teaches at weeklong photography schools all over the country.

April 18, THURSDAY 1PM-9PM “The Art of Capturing Unforgettable Moments and The Business of Lasting Impressions”

Marcus Bell, Grand Master Photographer, AIPP, M. Photog., F-MPA-UK

“Three time Australian Photographer of the Year”

“One of the Top Ten Wedding Photographers in the World”

We could not be more excited about getting Marcus to speak at the Guild. April and May bring us two of the top wedding photographer in the world today. You cannot get this from any other organization for only $200

May 20, Monday 9AM-5PM “Everyone is a Photographer”

Sal Cincotta

You would have to be living in a cave not to have heard about Sal, every photo magazine has articles or full-page ads for his programs.

Sal is the hottest name on the speaking circuit today.  We can’t wait to hear his portrait-wedding program.

June 20, Thursday 7PM – 10PM      “The “L” Factor”

Jim LaSala, M. Photog., M. Artist, Cr.

Jim is one of the premier Photoshop people in the industry. You probably saw Jim’s Professional Photographer Magazine cover September 2011.  Jim has 14 Loan Collection images. In this program he will show us how he enhances his images to perfection.

Beef and Bull Roundtables

Our annual dinner and roundtable discussions is one of the most popular programs of the year.  

October 21, Monday 9AM – 5PM   “A Picture is of Someone, a Portrait is About Someone”  

Arthur Rainville,  M. Photog., Cr., API, CPP

One of Photography’s premier creative minds, Arthur has taught portraiture professionally on three continents. His is a prolific author and a noted touring lecturer. He will inspire you to push your creativity to the highest limits.
